Favorite Back To School Items

💦Favorite Filtered Water Bottle:

I originally purchased this water bottle for my kids for sleep away camp but they like it so much my first grader chose to take it to school as well. It is such a great water bottle for travel too! I love knowing if they refill their water outside of our home, it will be filtered. Of course it won’t be filtered to the same degree as our 9 stage reverse osmosis filter but this is a great option when you are on the go. It removes up to 99.99% of 220+ contaminants for your health and safety. It targets chlorine, fluoride, lead, & other contaminants without removing beneficial minerals. A small filter attaches to the straw and the water is filtered through it as they drink. You can choose from a 20 or 32 oz bottle and the filters are designed to last through 25 gallons of water.

🥪Favorite Lunch Container:

We have had Planet Lunch Box containers for almost 8 years. They are made of stainless steel, are super durable, and they are so easy to clean. I try to avoid plastic materials as much as I can but I definitely avoid them on food surfaces. They are full of hormone disrupting chemicals that leach into foods, especially when exposed to heat but also over time. It is really best to avoid them all together and it is also better for the environment. My kids love filling the containers with different food items. They have a lot of different options based on the age of your child all the way through adults. Let me know which style you choose!

🫐Favorite Immune Booster:

When the kids go back to school I like giving them an immune booster. In the past I have made my own elderberry gummies (recipe in my ebook) which I still love to make, but now that my kids have their meology vitamin packets I love that they are getting an immune boost daily. My kids have never been agreeable to multivitamins I have offered in the past but they LOVE these. They all take them without having to be asked and have even asked if they can have more! When I find something all 3 will take it is a must share! If you are a kid at heart like me and prefer gummy vitamins too-you can take them as well.

These gummies are packed with vitamin C, vitamin D, Zinc, and elderberry extract with an organic fruit blend. In the past I have steered away from gummy vitamins to protect oral health but this product is tooth friendly and is approved for ages 4 and above. If you have specific questions on immune support or how to fill nutrient gaps in your child’s diet please reach out. I would love to help you!
